ON-CAMERA TV COMMERCIAL AND FILM ACTING WORKSHOPS
These workshops cover everything young people need to know to win auditions and perform on the job. Our goal is to improve cold reading technique, instill self-confidence and ease in front of the camera and bring out each student's unique strengths.
Young actors develop a solid foundation for a professional career in television and film. Workshops include scene work, for television and film, commercial technique, with emphasis on character study, freeing the emotions, script analyzing, improvisation, monologues and theatre games. Class meets for one and one half hours once a week for eight weeks. Lesson eight is a showcase where young people perform for a top agent and casting director.
